  1. Procurement of Furniture items like Faculty Tables, Student tables, Chairs, Almirahs, stools etc required at department level
  2. Procurement and Maintenance of Electrical items like Fans, Lights, electrical points etc in class rooms and Laboratories required at department level
  3. Maintenance of Plumbing works at department level
  4. Procurement of Plastic buckets and mugs for washrooms , dustbins for classroom and Laboratories required at department level
  5. Classroom boards, white boards, cloth boards (notice boards) Notice boards required at department level
  6. Service and maintenance of Water Coolers and its frequency of cleaning required at department level
  7. First aid boxes and medicines required at department level
